At All Kids Can, we provide specialised written language therapy for children with learning difficulties. Our educators are either accredited by or in the process of accreditation with the Australian Dyslexia Association and have extensive, evidence-based training to deliver high-quality intervention.

Unlike general tutors, our educators have specialised expertise in structured literacy intervention, comparable to the services provided by a speech therapist, ensuring effective, research-based support for your child.

Pricing:

Initial Functional Literacy Assessment – Includes the 45-60 min assessment session and a comprehensive 6-7 page report with findings and recommendations: $380

Ongoing 45-minute sessions: $137 per session (Payment plans available)

NDIS funding must be used in accordance to your child's NDIS goals. We are not allied health professionals so we can not assist you with your claim, however parents who access our service with their NDIS funding are either self managed or have approval from their plan manager.

Reading and spelling are fundamental skills that enable children to participate fully in their communities. These abilities are crucial for understanding everyday information such as signs, timetables, legal documents, and job-related materials. They also play a vital role in ensuring safety, from reading medicine labels to following safety instructions.

Developing strong literacy skills is essential for a child's independence and overall development. At All Kids Can, we are committed to helping children build these critical skills.

ALL KIDS CAN EDUCATION SERVICE AGREEMENT

We provide high-quality education and support for children with dyslexia and other learning differences. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

1. Attendance Commitment: By enrolling with All Kids Can Education, you agree to commit to attending all scheduled session Attendance is scheduled during the academic state-school calendar according to the educator’s state location. Consistent attendance is crucial for the effectiveness of our programs and the progress of your child.
2. Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule a session due to an immovable event such as a school camp or a planned family holiday, we require at least four state-school weeks written notice (this does not include state-school holiday weeks) to attempt to accommodate your request. All requests to reschedule must be sent in writing to [email protected]. Failure to respond and confirm an alternative time within the 4-week notice or failure to provide sufficient notice will result in forfeiture of the session. The rescheduling of a session with four weeks’ notice will also not always be possible and the session will be at risk of being forfeited if rescheduling cannot be accommodated.
3. Makeup Sessions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise which may prevent attendance. However, makeup sessions are not offered for missed sessions without an exceptional circumstance such as a family emergency.
4. Communication: Please always email [email protected] if you have concerns about attendance.
5. Illnesses:  If your child is unable to attend a session due to illness, please notify [email protected] and we may be able to offer a Zoom session as an alternative. For best chance of a switch to online, please allow us 24 hours’ notice for this change. An online session will only be offered if it is appropriate for your child. We require notice for a face-to-face session to be transferred to a Zoom session for preparation purposes. If a Zoom session is not organised with sufficient notice, or if not appropriate for your child, that lesson will be replaced with a home pack to complete in place of the lesson once your child is feeling better. (See No. 6). If your child’s educator is not able to take a session with your child, we may attempt to reschedule or the fee for that session will be credited and used towards the next term’s fees or refunded upon request. All credits will be forfeited after 3 months of no-use.
6. Home Packs for Non-attended Sessions: All Kids Can Education may provide an email with some resources for you to do at home with your child during the week/s that they do not attend their session. This is in place of your child’s scheduled lesson.
7. Commitment to Progress: We are committed to your child's progress, and consistent attendance plays a significant role in achieving this. We expect active participation and high-level commitment to attendance at All Kids Can Education.
8. Online Sessions: If your session is facilitated online via a video call, please ensure that you have a sufficient internet connection prior to the session. If your internet speed is low, the session may not run effectively and may be cancelled. This session cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Please make sure your child is set up in a quiet room with minimal distractions.
9. Payment Obligations: Attendance at our dyslexia practice is contingent upon timely payment of fees. Failure to fulfill payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of services. You will receive an invoice before you child begins their sessions, and all sessions must be prepaid. There is a $35 late fee that will apply for outstanding invoices and those sessions will be at risk of cancellation.
10. No-show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice is considered a no-show and is fully billable. Repeated instances of no-shows may result in additional fees or termination of services.
11. Refund Policy: Refunds for missed sessions will not be provided unless due to extraordinary circumstances and at the discretion of All Kids Can Education. If refunds are issued, they will be less the payment merchant fee.
12. Session Duration: Each session is of predetermined duration, and late arrivals will result in a shortened session to accommodate other scheduled appointments.
13. Evidence-based Practice: The best possible evidence-based teaching practice is given to your child by our educators. However, due to outside factors such as home support, frequency of attendance, contradictory teaching in other settings, etc., All Kids Can Education will not be held accountable or responsible for the academic success or lack thereof demonstrated by the student/client. Although All Kids Can Education will do everything to help skill sets to improve, there can be no guarantee thereto.
14. Termination of Sessions: Please terminate your child’s enrolment with All Kids Can Education at the end of a term and as a courtesy, please give us at least three weeks’ notice for this termination. Refunds will not be issued unless an extreme circumstance is present.
15. Changes to Terms and Conditions: All Kids Can Education reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated to attendees promptly.

Parents book by the term, with most blocks running for 10 weeks.
