1. Overview

1.1 The Phonics Club is an educational programme providing access to structured literacy resources, recorded lessons, and supporting materials for parents and children.

1.2 By purchasing The Phonics Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Purchase and Access

2.1 The Phonics Club is offered as a one-time purchase and is not a recurring membership.

2.2 Upon purchase, you are granted access to The Phonics Club for 12 months from the date of purchase.

2.3 Access is provided while The Phonics Club remains live and available. All Kids Can Education reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the programme at any time (see Section 14).

2.4 Access is for personal use only and is non-transferable.

3. Extensions of Access

3.1 If you require continued access beyond the initial 12-month period, you may request an extension by emailing [email protected]  at least four weeks prior to your access expiring.

3.2 Any extension of access is granted at the discretion of All Kids Can Education and may be subject to additional terms or fees.

4. Fees and Refunds

4.1 The purchase price is a one-time payment, payable in full at the time of purchase.

4.2 14-Day Happiness Guarantee
We offer a 14-day happiness guarantee from the date of purchase. If you decide within the first 14 days that The Phonics Club is not the right fit for your family, you may request a refund by emailing [email protected] .

4.3 Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of purchase. Refunds requested after this period will not be granted, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

4.4 After the 14-day period, all payments are non-refundable, including in cases of change of mind, lack of use, or early discontinuation by the purchaser.

5. Content Access and Usage

5.1 Your purchase includes access to all materials made available within The Phonics Club during your active access period.

5.2 Content may not be shared, reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written permission from All Kids Can Education.

5.3 Unauthorised sharing or distribution may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

6. Lessons and Recordings

6.1 The Phonics Club includes recorded lessons and resources. Live lessons, where offered, may be recorded.

6.2 By participating in any live or recorded sessions, you consent to the recording of audio and/or video.

6.3 All recordings remain the intellectual property of All Kids Can Education and may be used for educational or promotional purposes.

7. Programme Updates and Availability

7.1 Content within The Phonics Club may be updated, amended, or reorganised over time to reflect best practice in structured literacy.

7.2 Continued access is dependent on the programme remaining live and available. All Kids Can Education does not guarantee perpetual access.

8. User Conduct

8.1 Users are expected to engage respectfully with all content and communications.

8.2 Any misuse of the programme, including inappropriate behaviour or breach of these terms, may result in termination of access without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content, including videos, worksheets, lesson materials, and guides, is the intellectual property of All Kids Can Education.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the content for personal purposes only.

10. Account Security

10.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

10.2 All Kids Can Education is not responsible for unauthorised access resulting from shared or compromised login details.

11.2 We aim to respond within 48 business hours.

12. No Guarantees

12.1 While The Phonics Club is grounded in evidence-based structured literacy, individual results will vary.

12.2 Progress depends on multiple factors, including consistency, engagement, and individual learning profiles.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 All Kids Can Education is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the programme or content.

13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the programme.

14. Programme Discontinuation

14.1 If The Phonics Club is discontinued, All Kids Can Education will provide reasonable notice where possible.

14.2 In the event of discontinuation, access will cease when the programme is no longer live and available.

14.3 Refunds will not be provided solely due to programme discontinuation unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.

15. Changes to Terms

15.1 These terms may be updated from time to time.

15.2 Continued use of The Phonics Club after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Governing Law

16.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
